This hotel has everything, yet it has nothing. Nothing works here as usual. It is a typical example of a state-owned communistic hotel. The front office is very cordial and helpful. The boarders are mostly from the governments. Perhaps it was once owned by it. Therefore, the hotel looks like hospital, everywhere there lacks life. I do not know the present status of its ownership. A small private sector drive may make this hotel one of the finest hotels.

One of the finest hotels in Chisinau. It is located in a prime place, minute walk-away from the city's core. The hotel's interior is refurbished to match to the highest possible standard. The rooms are relatively wide. So is the toilet. The buffet breakfast selection is also wide. The staffs are cordial and helpful. The service is excellent. In all, it deserves to get a high accolade.

Very good authentic gagauz food (lamb based mostly, basically a mix between Bulgarian and Turkish quisine). Good place to spend some hours in the evening provided you know what to expect in terms of cooking. Also they have some nice homemade tea.
