One of the best hotels in the city

This hotel has everything, yet it has nothing. Nothing works here as usual. It is a typical example of a state-owned communistic hotel. The front office is very cordial and helpful. The boarders are mostly from the governments. Perhaps it was once owned by it. Therefore, the hotel looks like hospital, everywhere there lacks life. I do not know the present status of its ownership. A small private sector drive may make this hotel one of the finest hotels.

A bit soviet style but basically OK. Large rooms.
