Competent, friendly staff, who knows their business (manager Christina, director Yuri Petrovich) explain all the details, recommend based on their experience / reviews of tourists, organize a tour to trifles; bought here tours 5 times, everything was clearly organized and without excesses (unlike other tour agencies)
