Very satisfied with the extreme level of professionalism. The hairdresser is taking time for you (for me personally over 3 hours, thanks Elena ❤️) giving personal advices how to take care of the hair at home, how not to damage it, listens to you and never makes her own decisions without taking yours in consideration. I appreciated a lot with how much patience I was treated and the result was more than satisfying! I read some negative reviews about this place and sincerely don't understand the critic because my personal experience was simply fantastic. I clearly recommend this place to every woman lost in the thousands of different places because this one will Satisfy each of your wishes. Thanks so so much to the entire team and cheers from Germany. Will definitely come back every year because I finally met my Master Elena here

Big collection of different wines. The service listened to our preferences and offered us the perfect wine which fully fitted our expectations. At the end service was not so attentive wasn't coming and asking if everything ok or putting more wine once it was finished that's why minus 1 point. Still we will come back to this place and know that guys will do it better next time

Not terrible overall, nice atmosphere although there is not a lot of sitting. The coffee on the other side was pretty bad, my latte tested more like water with milk, the dessert weren’t the best but not terrible either.

Our experience with young and old patients is based from the beginning on COMMUNICATION and TRUST, of course this stage involves consultation and explanation of all necessary procedures depending on the oral situation of patients, while justifying prices for a particular treatment. So, before the intervention, you were aware of the policy of our Dentistry and you agreed, respectively. Personally, I have a rich experience working with children and I have never allowed myself to raise my voice. Being transparent, we have repeatedly invited you to have a mediating discussion, but you, from conflicting beginnings, ignore our initiative. We have audio and video recordings that can confirm my professional behavior as well as your inappropriate reaction that continues on social networks.
