Great choice of meals, waiters speak Russian and English and sometimes Romanian/Moldovan. Buzzer on a table is a good way to quickly get your waiter's attention. Big choice of drinks but only one draft beer.Dumplings (Vareniki) are cooked for you when you request them so there is a 20 minutes waiting period for them.

An unbelievable experience: I was invited here to a symposium and a book launch - a local historian wrote a documented research about a famous battle from the second world war in that area...The building is in the center of town, in a very beautiful square, between the headquarter of the municipality - the Town Hall and the headquarter of the Regional Administration.It has a small monument in front, between two nice fountains and I must tell you how good it looks everything - the building was recently renovated/rearranged - it seems to be a wonderful educational and cultural institution for students but, also, for the professional staff.Bravo, I was very impressed!

This is an extraordinary place to eat or just to have a drink. Very cozy, nice pleasant music, great atmosphere. Food is very tasty, deserts are delicious and the service is professional. They also have some very good coffee. I will always come back to this place with great pleasure. Strongly recommend!
