Update: I'm adding back a star because the soup I had after (corba, in this case with chicken and noodles) was truly great. The waiter also continued to be a wonderfully professional man.When I walked into this restaurant at 6PM on a weeknight, the only customers were a couple who looked like were from outside the country. The man scowled angrily at me - he was fat, old, and looked vaguely Turkish or Arab. Not the restaurant's fault but not the best welcome. The place also smelled awful because of the detergent / chlorine that I guess had just been used to scrub the floors. So I also felt mildly nauseous before I even sat down to eat and almost left. If I were the owner, I would strongly consider asking the cleaners to clean with someone that smelled less harsh.As others point out, you need to know what you are looking for to find this place - it is behind the cafe on the 3rd floor of the mall. Finally, the salad I ordered came. While the eggplant and other vegetables I ordered were fresh - and my food came quickly, especially for Moldova - there was no seasoning and so I had to use a lot of table pepper for it to be somewhat enjoyable.The waiter spoke good English for Moldova and was quite attentive and professional (I was one of only two customers in the restaurant of course.). They do not have a menu in English but the menu has huge, beautiful pictures of every dish they serve, so I guess you don't really need one.I was sick of eating at La Plactine so decided to give this place a try but on the whole I still recommend La Plăcinte over here or any other

My TOEFL classes with QUO VADIS were perfect to prepare for the actual TOEFL test. I have chosen Quo Vadis because of their 15 years experience in preparing for the TOEFL. Also when I have registered I loved the fact that they are having classes in the morning, during the day time and also in the evening. They analyzed my strengths and weaknesses and the TOEFL classes improved my writing, speaking, reading and listening abilities a lot and raised my confidence to succeed in the TOEFL test.
