Excellent location. At the corner of the main square of capital Chisinau. View from here is also magnificent. Wide selection of Moldovan wine. International cuisines are available, and above all, convenient pizza. During summer, though outdoor dining possible, but during winter, needs to squeeze in inside. Interiors are nice too.
