Twice she used the services of this agency - a tour to Europe for 5 countries (Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia) and a tour to the Balkans (to Montenegro, Croatia and Albania). Elegantly everything was organized both times, excellent conditions, all services correspond to the stated. The staff is very responsive, competent, give valuable advice, sincerely care about the comfort of tourists. Friendly and professional attitude at a reasonable price. I highly recommend and will definitely use the services of the agency.
