Very satisfied with the extreme level of professionalism. The hairdresser is taking time for you (for me personally over 3 hours, thanks Elena ❤️) giving personal advices how to take care of the hair at home, how not to damage it, listens to you and never makes her own decisions without taking yours in consideration. I appreciated a lot with how much patience I was treated and the result was more than satisfying! I read some negative reviews about this place and sincerely don't understand the critic because my personal experience was simply fantastic. I clearly recommend this place to every woman lost in the thousands of different places because this one will Satisfy each of your wishes. Thanks so so much to the entire team and cheers from Germany. Will definitely come back every year because I finally met my Master Elena here

I've been a client at this salon for more than 3 years and they have never disappointed. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are also very skilled professionals! I recommend Vera and Liliana for balayage/coloring, Daria for haircuts
