Beautiful architecture, very clean and green garden.

One of the most visited monastery in Moldova. Not far from the main city, with good access road. Big parking lot nearby. Clean and picturesque area with a pond, near the forest. Monastery with a few churches - whinter and summer ones as usual in Moldova.

While there is no good transport from Chisinau, there is the option of going to Orhei and from there take a local marshrutka, signalling to the driver where you want to be left off. The monastery itself is doable in half an hour, but is still a nice place to relax and catch a breath from the metropolitan areas. There is a religious/souvenir shop with really aesthetic icons and crosses to be had, although the priests might eye you a bit if you seem non-orthodox

Beautiful architecture, clean, summer time is best to see it. All green around. And most amazing is that quiet around. Inside church has beautiful arrangement, paintings on the wall and quiet .

Perhaps one of the most beautiful and popular monasteries in Moldova. Plenty of visitors on weekends mainly for wedding and christening purposes.
