Very tasty food at the restaurant, mostly made of their own or local ingridients. Good place for families with small children. Sleeping accomodations are not cheap but worth the price. A large and well maintained swimming pool was a nice unexpected bonus.But dont expect a very fresh tap water. As far as I understand, it is a common problem in the region.

A great winery that is both sophisticated and unpretentious. Located 30 minutes from the Ukrainian (Odesa) border, its a great place to spend an afternoon. The wines are high quality, and even the Moldovan whites they produced are tasty (a rarity for Moldovan whites). The farm house restaurant serves a limited but lovely menu of locally made dishes. Come for a weekend but be sure to reserve a room ahead of time.

It's a great vineyard out in the countryside. Quiet and relaxing. Alexander, the owner, was a great host on our wine tasting tour. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The guest house was all booked.. definitely a place to truly get away from a busy life.
