Very pleasant atmosphere and surroundings, also they have a selection of fruit tea. Located next to the Galaxia so easy to find, the Lady behind the counter is a little miserable but that's normal for Moldova. On the whole though I would recommend here a visit. Havnt tried the quscine but other reviewers do recommend.

It is awesome. Quirky fun place with a collection of antique coffee grinders displayed on the walls. In the evenings, a variety of special events, Argentine tango on Fridays, singers or a local history talk on other nights. It is the place you want to discover when you are traveling to another country.
